Role Description

The Financial Analyst is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamilton, NJ. This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and supporting decision-making for property development and management activities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial statements, monitoring project and operating budgets, conducting variance and trend analyses, and assisting with financial planning and forecasting. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance, support investment evaluations, and help improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements and related financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Relevant skills such as proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with prior experience in financial analysis or real estate/property management, is preferred.
