Job description

Mercer Capital is recruiting talented individuals seeking to develop a meaningful career in finance at an established yet growing firm. Analysts at Mercer Capital accumulate a unique breadth of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and financial consulting in a team-oriented, client-focused atmosphere.

The work consists of contributing to projects offering valuation analysis and transaction advisory services for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, dispute resolution, equity compensation, and trust and estate planning. Analysts will also gain exposure in investment banking services related to transactions, capital raising, and other corporate restructuring projects. Analysts are directly involved in research, financial modeling and analysis, report writing, client communication, travel, internal systems development, and practice development. The financial analyst position is both communication and analytically intensive.

From your experience as a Mercer Capital financial analyst, you will grow to understand the internal and external forces that drive asset value.

Qualifications
