This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of our strategic decision-making process by providing accurate financial information and insights. The role requires 5+ years of experience in the field, and the candidate must be well-versed in dashboards, Financial Modeling, FP&A, variance analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support our management team in making business decisions.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, and conduct variance analysis to understand differences in actual vs. budgeted financial performance.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs for budgeting and forecasting and provide financial insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Create and Utilize dashboards to visualize and present data in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Continually improve the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems, ensuring they meet business needs and improve efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, including understanding of financial concepts and ability to manage large data.
• Proficient PowerBI user that has created Dashboards
