This is a full-time position involving the review of daily financial reports and analysis for specific clients. Responsibilities include data accuracy checks, report creation, and client communication. The role requires strong critical thinking, active listening, presentation, and communication skills. The Financial Analyst will also mentor a Junior Analyst.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review self-funded financial reports and provide comments for client discussions
• Analyze claim repricing and manage audits and plan optimizations
• Develop renewal projections and assist with financial summaries
• Prepare stop-loss sensitivity analyses and review reserve analysis templates
• Proofread exhibits and update reporting templates
• Attend seminars and client meetings as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
• Build relationships with carriers and account teams
• Collaborate on analytic deliverables and participate in meetings

Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications

• Ohio Life and Health License required
