Seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial modeling and deliver analysis on key operational metrics. This individual should be well-versed in accounting fundamentals, possess strong analytical capabilities, communicate complex information clearly, and consistently generate accurate, timely outputs. A key component of this role involves recognizing and driving process enhancements. Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools is essential for producing data-driven insights that support business decisions. This position offers high visibility across the organization and includes regular interaction with leadership and internal stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis, reporting, and communication around core business performance indicators
Support revenue planning efforts tied to the annual budget and rolling forecasts
Create standardized reporting packages and respond to ad hoc analysis needs, including delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
Oversee preparation and submission of recurring industry surveys by collecting and consolidating firm-wide data and presenting key takeaways
Assist with migration and enhancement of reporting functions into platforms such as PowerBI and Anaplan
Perform other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Two to five years of experience in finance or accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with data warehouse systems and reporting tools
