Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst or in a comparable financial role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, professional manner.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast performance and evaluate business initiatives.
  • Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and support cost control and efficiency efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments impacting senior living and healthcare finance.
  • Support operations and community leadership by preparing and providing financial data and analysis for monthly ownership presentations.
  • Collaborate with the President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer to evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Financial Analyst

Salary: 90,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD / YEAR

Greenbrier Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role is instrumental in providing financial insight to leadership, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of our senior living communities.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a mission-driven healthcare and real estate environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic planning and business decisions.
