Job summary

Holzer Health System is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare the monthly Financial Performance Report and analyze the monthly financial statements for the Director of Finance. You will assist with developing and managing operating, capital and utilization budgets, and collect data for reporting to agencies.

Maintain and reconcile multiple monthly analyses and benchmarking efforts to support informed financial decisions within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in accounting or finance required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years accounting/finance experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital mainframe systems and Axiom software desired.

Assist with development and management of operating, capital and utilization budgets and other financial reporting; data collection and reporting to carious agencies; maintenance and reconciliation of multiple monthly analyses, and benchmarking.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Associate’s Degree in accounting or finance required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Two-Five years accounting, finance experience preferably with a healthcare provider. Database design, spreadsheet, graphing and analysis experience and familiarity with hospital mainframe systems desired. Axiom software experience preferred.
