Job summary

Holzer Health System is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the monthly Financial Performance Report and analyze the organization’s financial statements for the Director of Finance. You will participate in preparing detailed analyses and provide insights to inform financial decisions.

The role also assists with operating, capital, and utilization budgeting, data collection, reporting to agencies, and ongoing reconciliation and benchmarking of monthly analyses to drive financial improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two-five years accounting/finance experience, preferably with a healthcare provider.
• Axiom software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monthly preparation of the Financial Performance Report and analysis of monthly financial statements for the Director of Finance at Holzer Health System.
• Assist with development and management of operating, capital, and utilization budgets and other financial reporting; data collection and reporting to various agencies; maintenance and reconciliation of multiple monthly analyses, and benchmarking.
