Job summary

Holzer Health System is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the monthly Financial Performance Report and analyze the organization’s financial statements for the Director of Finance. You will participate in preparing detailed analyses and provide insights to inform financial decisions.

The role also assists with operating, capital, and utilization budgeting, data collection, reporting to agencies, and ongoing reconciliation and benchmarking of monthly analyses to drive financial improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two-five years accounting/finance experience, preferably with a healthcare provider.
• Axiom software experience preferred.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Associate’s Degree in accounting or finance required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Two-Five years accounting, finance experience preferably with a healthcare provider. Database design, spreadsheet, graphing and analysis experience and familiarity with hospital mainframe systems desired. Axiom software experience preferred.
