Chimes is seeking a finance leader to oversee budgeting and forecasting for a $45M portfolio spanning over 100 behavioral health programs in the Baltimore area. The role involves developing operating budgets for acquisitions, conducting variance analyses, and delivering comprehensive executive reporting.

You will drive monthly close processes, provide insights on trends and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and quarterly budget and forecasting for a $45M portfolio across 100+ behavioral health programs.
• Support financial integration of newly acquired organizations by developing operating budgets and executive reporting packages.
• Perform monthly variance analysis with actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage revenue invoicing processes with recommendations for accurate billing, reconciliation, and revenue integrity.
• Develop and deliver financial training for program directors to strengthen financial literacy and budget accountability.
• Prepare and present month-end financial reporting packages to executive leadership, highlighting drivers and forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional and executive leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals.

• Lead annual and quarterly budget and forecasting for $45M portfolio spanning 100+ behavioral health programs, including internal and county budget submissions
• Support financial integration of newly acquired organizations by developing operating budgets and preparing comprehensive executive reporting packages
• Perform monthly variance analysis, providing actionable insights and commentary on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Manage revenue invoicing processes providing recommendations for accurate billing, timely reconciliation, and revenue integrity
• Develop and deliver financial training for program directors strengthening financial literacy, budget accountability, and operational decision-making
• Prepare and present month-end financial reporting packages to executive leadership, communicating key performance drivers and forecasting updates
• Partner cross-functionally with operational and executive leadership to align financial strategy with organizational goals and drive informed business decisions
• Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecast efficiency and internal controls
• Prepare and submit quarterly fiscal reports to county agencies, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contractual requirements, and adherence to reporting deadlines
• Coordinate and complete county financial audits by preparing supporting documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with funding and contractual requirements
