YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic partner across the organization. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, while ensuring grant compliance and timely reporting.
Responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, creating dashboards, and advising leadership on liquidity and efficiency improvements. Candidates should have a Finance/Accounting degree and 3+ years of FP&A experience.

The Financial Analyst reports to the Finance Manager and serves as a strategic business partner to operational leaders across the YMCA of Metro Atlanta. This position supports financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, grant compliance, cash flow forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) management. The analyst will evaluate financial and operational performance, identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency, and provide actionable recommendations that support organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
