Qualifications

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm to find an associate for its financial analysis and reporting team. The team develops forward-looking analysis and reporting that helps leaders understand performance and make informed decisions across a complex investment organisation.

You’ll combine financial modelling with practical data analysis, producing decision-ready insight while helping the team improve its reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools. The role works across financial operations and has exposure to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role

• Develop and maintain models used for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for finance and firm leadership, drawing out trends, variances and key business drivers.
• Analyse financial, operational and business data to answer questions and support decisions.
• Build and standardise dashboards, reporting frameworks and analytics tools.
• Partner with colleagues across financial operations on business questions and capability-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years' experience in financial analysis, data analytics or a closely related field.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or another relevant discipline.
• Practical strength in financial modelling and data analysis, with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• The ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience
