Responsibilities Of a Financial Aid Team Leader

• Make scheduled telephone calls to families and provide assistance with the application process
• Perform diligent follow up on missing paperwork due from students
• Answer questions regarding financial aid
• Package student grants, loans, and other aid in our system
• Discuss FA eligibility and regulations
• Assist with FA Verification
• Schedule students using calendar systems and coordinates daily appointment schedule
• Track appointment results
• Monitor phone calls
• Provide training to FA Advisors
  
  

Requirements Of a Financial Aid Team Leader

• Associate degree or significant experience in Financial Aid
• 2+ years of Financial Aid experience
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability and willingness to work evening hours and Saturdays
