Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 3 years of related administrative experience.
• Experience with SQL or PS Query; data analysis proficiency.
• Experience designing and documenting workflows and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support and optimize financial aid software and processes.
• Analyze future system needs and ensure data integrity across modules.
• Translate end-user requirements into functional system enhancements and automation strategies.
• Collaborate between business units and IT; assist in upgrades and testing.
