Job summary

The Alamo Colleges District invites applications for a Financial Aid Systems Analyst to support the Banner student system and related applications. You’ll analyze requirements, configure, test, and upgrade systems, collaborating with functional owners across departments.

Strong knowledge of federal/state financial aid regulations, SQL, database management, data analysis, and reporting tools (ARGOS/Tableau/EXCEL) is required to ensure data integrity and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of Banner maintenance or related technical support.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Banner and related applications.
• Develop queries, reports, databases, and population selections.
• Manage Banner batch processes via Automic Enterprise Applications Manager.
• Support Banner ePrint, ARGOS, Tableau, and Excel reporting.
