Job summary

Alamo Colleges District is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize SCT Banner and related tools in support of student financial aid processing.

The role requires strong knowledge of Banner, SQL, data analysis, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in Automic, ARGOS, Tableau, and Excel to produce actionable reports and ensure data integrity across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Three+ years experience with SCT Banner maintenance/support.
• Experience with data reporting and SQL-based queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Banner and related applications.
• Develop queries, reports, databases, and population selections.
• Manage Banner batch processes via Automic Enterprise Applications Manager.
• Support Banner ePrint and reporting via ARGOS, Tableau, and Excel.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance while collaborating across departments.
