Tennessee Board of Regents System Office is seeking a Financial Aid Support Associate to ensure timely, accurate processing of state and federal financial aid programs, including R2T4, in compliance with regulations. You will work with the Chief Strategic Enrollment Management Officer, Financial Aid Manager, Banner Shared Services, and college staff to support campuses across the TBR system.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience, or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in financial aid or accounts receivable in higher education settings.
• Knowledge of Pell Grants, Tennessee aid programs, and similar scholarships.
• Ability to plan, organize, and solve complex tasks while handling multiple items.

Responsabilidades

• Administer state and federal financial aid programs and R2T4 processing.
• Assist in Banner setup and financial aid packaging processes.
• Reconcile financial aid accounts and maintain records with accuracy.
• Provide high-level customer service to institutions within the TBR system.
• Collaborate with shared services staff and senior leadership on reports and maintenance.
