Qualifications

• Assist with administrative tasks of the Enrollment Center and Financial Aid Office daily.
• Support FAFSA workshops and other financial aid events.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to general email inquiries and forward detailed questions to the appropriate staff.
• Prepare mailings and outreach communications for prospective and current students.
• Help maintain accurate records in the financial aid database.
• Assist with tracking student interactions and compiling reports as needed.
• Ensure the financial aid office remains welcoming and organized by tidying common areas and restocking office supplies.
