Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; two years in Financial Aid/Student Accounts or related experience preferred.
Strong customer-service mindset with ability to resolve complex problems creatively and timely.
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and student information systems desired.

Responsibilities

Answer questions about Financial Aid and Student Account processes by phone, email, or in person.
Explain FAFSA details, aid packages, and loan types; assist with forms and verification as needed.
Provide information on 1098-T, billing, payment plans, and account holds; counsel families on financing options.
Represent Student Financial Services at campus events and during visits with prospective students.
