Responsibilities include data entry, verification, needs analysis, and interacting with federal/state agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• One year of verifiable work experience in federal and state financial aid programs, advising, evaluating eligibility, and awarding students.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of financial aid materials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial aid processes and eligibility determinations.
• Verify and process financial aid documents and disbursements.
• Maintain confidential student records and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct outreach and presentations on financial aid topics.
• Collaborate with campus departments to resolve discrepancies.
