Job summary

South Mountain Community College (SMCC) is seeking a Student Services Analyst to join the Financial Aid Department. This position processes federal financial aid, scholarships, and other forms of student funding, as well as developing, analyzing, coordinating, and overseeing key program functions related to these funding sources to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to students.

In addition, this position provides leadership and oversight to student workers and plays a key role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) full-time equivalent years of student services or college teaching experience.
• Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and four (4) full-time equivalent years of student services or college teaching experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and six (6) full-time equivalent years of student services or college teaching experience.

• 35% Scholarship Program Administration, Oversight & Reconciliation.
• 25% Financial Aid Program Administration, Compliance & Student Support.
• 15% FAFSA Administration, Regulatory Compliance & Education.

• 10% Student Communication, Outreach & Financial Aid Assistance.
