Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of higher education financial aid experience or related work.

Responsibilities

• Process and award federal, state and institutional aid in accordance with guidelines.
• Counsel students and families on financial aid options and FAFSA requirements.
• Manage FAFSA verification including outreach and documentation.
• Coordinate Federal Work-Study: post jobs, approve contracts, communicate with supervisors.
• Balance and reconcile work-study payroll bi-weekly.
• Represent the office at professional meetings and conferences.
• Participate in outreach events to support enrollment and retention.
• Perform other duties to support enrollment goals.
