Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial aid is required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
• Solid work history with verifiable references is expected.
• Passion for the beauty industry is important.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Honesty and professionalism are expected.
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.

Paul Mitchell The School Norman is seeking an experienced and student focused Financial Aid Leader to oversee all financial aid operations for our Cosmetology, Barbering and Esthetics programs. This role is responsible for administering Title IV federal student aid programs, scholarships, payment plans and cash-pay student accounts while ensuring full regulatory compliance and exceptional student service.

The ideal candidate will be able to interpret, apply, and comply with federal, state, and institutional guidelines and regulations related to financial aid. He or she is highly organized, compliance minded, compassionate, and experienced in financial aid within a postsecondary or vocational education environment.
