Paul Mitchell The School Norman is seeking an experienced and student focused Financial Aid Leader to oversee all financial aid operations for our Cosmetology, Barbering and Esthetics programs. This role is responsible for administering Title IV federal student aid programs, scholarships, payment plans and cash-pay student accounts while ensuring full regulatory compliance and exceptional student service.

He or she is highly organized, compliance minded, compassionate, and experienced in financial aid within a postsecondary or vocational education environment.
