Conditions. Workplace Diversity, LLC. seeks a Financial Assistance Advisor II-Dataload & Processing to load financial aid data accurately, process applications, and award funds in compliance with Title IV and institutional policies. Reports to the Assistant Director of Financial Assistance and serves as a student advocate.

Preferred candidates have experience with FAFSA, NSLDS, COD, and Banner, plus Spanish language skills, to support a diverse student body and ensure timely offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• One year of professional financial aid experience in higher education or student information systems, with data processing and award packaging emphasis.
• Familiarity with Title IV regulations and FAFSA processing is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load financial aid data accurately and timely.
• Process student financial aid applications and award packaging.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
• Communicate with students to explain offers and respond to inquiries.
