The role involves determining eligibility, assisting with packaging, and responding to inquiries, while applying university policies and using Banner systems.

Formación

• Thorough knowledge of federal financial aid regulations and programs.
• Proficient in office policies and standard work procedures.
• Knowledge of the Banner system or similar student information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel students, parents and the public on the full range of financial aid programs.
• Determine student eligibility and advise on financial aid opportunities.
• Respond to correspondence and inquiries related to financial aid.
• Understand and apply federal, state and university policies and procedures.
• Possess knowledge of Student Banner system and related software.
