Responsibilities

• Utilize the PowerFAIDS system to manage student records, package aid, and generate reports.
• Monitor student eligibility, satisfactory academic progress, and compliance with financial aid requirements.
• Collaborate with admissions, registrar, and student accounts offices to support student enrollment and retention.
• Assist with outreach activities such as orientations, financial aid workshops, and information sessions.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial aid regulations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and available funding options.This role requires interaction with students, families, and colleagues in both individual and group settings.
