Job summary

Oregon State University’s Office of Financial Aid seeks a Compliance and Training Coordinator to strengthen regulatory compliance, support staff development, and enhance information accuracy across processes.

The role leads compliance initiatives, develops training resources, and advises students and families while coordinating program oversight. Hybrid/remote options may be offered, with start date in early 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in field of choice.
• At least three years in a Financial Aid Office with knowledge of Title IV regulations.
• Current working knowledge of Title IV programs and regulations.
• Experience working with underrepresented, high-need student populations.
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Commitment to promoting inclusive excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate regulatory requirements into staff guidance.
