The Assistant Director will lead training initiatives, coordinate with administrators, and verify printed materials and the website for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related professional experience.
• OR six years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and processes of the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office, ensuring tasks and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide regular training for staff on regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Hire and supervise Financial Aid Counseling II employees.
• Consult with directors on development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials, emails, and forms.
• Assist co-workers to ensure department operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
