Job summary

Good Samaritan College, part of TriHealth, is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to support student aid processes, packaging and compliance. The role will evaluate eligibility, manage Title IV funds, coordinate disbursements, and counsel students and families.

This position reports to the Dean of Financial Services and Development on the Good Samaritan College campus and offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 2+ years in a financial aid office or related field
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations and reporting
• Experience with financial aid software and data integrity

Responsibilities

• Manage Title IV funds and annual FISAP submissions
• Oversee verification and packaging of financial aid
• Counsel prospective and current students on aid options
• Coordinate disbursements and vendor communications
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional rules
• Prepare audits and IPEDS-related reporting
