Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a customer service representative to assist a diverse student population. You will guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students on funding options.

The role includes onboarding support through our On the Job Training Program, with growth opportunities via Career Pathways and a schedule aligned with Herzing's Online Division, including some evenings.

This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. In this role you will guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options. Financial Advisors receive onboarding support through our On the Job Training Program and have opportunity for growth by means of our Career Pathways.

Schedule:

A 40 hour work-week schedule will be determined based on preference and business needs falling during typical business hours for Herzing\'s Online Division, with one shift with evening hours and minimal Saturday hours required..

Requirements:

• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.


• Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus& Regent preferred).


• Title IV administration/VA certifying official preferred.

The level a final candidate will be hired at will be dependent on qualifications and prior applicable experience.

Compensation

is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with company match. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.54 to $24.16 (Associate level) or $21.74 to $25.58(Advisor level).

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position most of the time.
