Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of higher education experience at time of application.
- Preferred: 1 year of direct Student Services experience in a University setting.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar SIS preferred.
- proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams and other standard software.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and verify financial aid applications to support awarding.
- Serve as a point of contact with third-party stakeholders for financial aid information and processes.
- Audit applications for compliance with federal and state regulations.
