Overview

We are seeking a qualified Financial Aid team member to join our family! This position supports students and parents in creating financial game plans to help pay for school, prepares paperwork pertaining to grants and loans, and advises students on financial aid eligibility and guidelines. He or she conducts regular inspections of the financial files for compliance with all required documentation.



Responsibilities

Provide support for operational and problem-solving tasks such as working reports and performing basic needs analysis. Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure organized, compliant office operations; set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and decision-making skills, enjoy working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced position, and be able to interpret, apply, and comply with federal, state, and institutional guidelines and regulations related to financial aid.
