The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance the student financial aid experience. You will support our mission to empower future healthcare professionals by developing financial aid plans in adherence to regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve close interaction with students to assist them in navigating their financial aid options while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with federal and state financial aid regulations.
• Experience with student financial aid programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and finalize student financial aid plans.
• Counsel students on available financial aid options.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for awarding financial aid.

You responsibilities will include developing, negotiating, and finalizing student financial aid plans in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies and regulations for awarding and packaging financial aid for our CHCP students. This includes counseling students about financial aid available based upon their acceptance at School and other matters relevant to student financial aid planning and packaging.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations which may impact Title IV funding.
• Basic knowledge of CampusVue database (preferred).

Experience:

• Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs preferred.
• At least two years’ experience working in a post-secondary institution.
