Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is hiring a Financial Aid Assistant to support daily operations of the financial aid office under the direction of the Directors. You will help students file FAFSA, assist with verification, and provide customer service to students and parents on aid processes.
Responsibilities include maintaining electronic files, monitoring SAP, assisting in awarding and disbursement, and processing paperwork for sponsor agencies. Background checks apply.
This position provides customer service to students seeking and receiving financial assistance. The position under the direction of the Director/Assistant Directors of Financial Aid will assist in the daily operations of the financial aid office.
Salary Range: $33,097 - $46,060-Compensation will be commensurate with the requirements of the position and the candidate’s relevant experience and education.
