Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana seeks a Health Care Pathway Specialist to manage the Health Sciences student pathway from initial interest through admission into limited enrollment programs, coordinating transitions and outreach to promote persistence.
You will work with the Dean and School of Health Sciences, collaborating across departments to support enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives through presentations and information sessions.
The Health Care Pathway Specialist supports student success by managing the Health Sciences student pathway from initial interest through admission into limited enrollment programs. This position coordinates pathway transitions, monitors student progress, facilitates student engagement initiatives, and provides proactive outreach to promote persistence and successful progression into Health Sciences programs. The Health Care Pathway Specialist serves as a central resource for students pursuing admission into Health Sciences programs by coordinating pathway activities, supporting enrollment and retention initiatives, facilitating educational programming, and collaborating across the School of Health Sciences to enhance the student experience.

COMPENSATION: $50,000-$55,000
