Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Financial Advisor Trainee in Tampa, FL, to participate in the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP). You will rotate through various financial services areas, under supervision, and develop skills to build an individual practice.

As part of the program, you will work with a mentor and team to learn client service, investment planning, and sales strategies while pursuing required industry licenses and credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business environment preferred.
• Ability to build a client book and manage relationships.
• Willingness to learn financial advisory skills and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to balance client development, sales activities, investment management, and client service.
• Develop a book of business aligned with program goals.
• Assist in providing financial advice consistent with client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Obtain mandatory licenses within prescribed timeframes and meet performance standards.
