Raymond James Financial Advisors in Griffin, GA participate in the Advisor Mastery Program to become financially proficient advisers. The program combines distance learning, training at our headquarters, and mentorship to help you balance new client development, investment management, customer service and compliance while building an individual practice.

You will learn to provide sound financial advice aligned with clients’ objectives and time horizon, with pathways to become a stand-alone

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sales or business environments.
• Licensing requirements include SIE; Series 7 and 66 or ability to obtain within four months; Life/Health/Variable Annuity or ability to obtain within six months.
• Strong client service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to balance client development, sales activities, investment management, customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Meet production targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
• Develop a book of business aligned with AMP program goals for assets under management.
• Provide a high level of client service and manage client relationships.
• Recommend investment products and services suitable for prospects and clients based on needs and risk profile.
• Open, transfer, and close customer accounts and maintain records.
