Raymond James is hiring an Advisor Trainee under the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP). Through distance learning, apprenticeship, and training at the firm’s international headquarters, this program provides a comprehensive education for the next generation of Financial Advisors.

Trainees learn to build an individual practice with mentorship, balancing client development, sales activities, investment management, customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or business environment.
• SIE required; ability to obtain within four months if not already held.
• Series 7 and Series 66 or ability to obtain within four months from start.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build an individual financial advisory practice under mentorship.
• Balance new client development, sales activities, investment management, and client service.
• Maintain compliance with industry rules while growing professional growth.
• Collaborate with mentors, Branch Manager, and advisory team to position success.
