You will build a client pipeline, assess client needs and risk, recommend investment solutions, manage relationships, and work toward required licenses within the program, aiming to meet early production targets and long‑term wealth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training preferred.
• SIE required or ability to obtain within 4 months from start of program.
• Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months from start of program.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity license or ability to obtain within 6 months from start of program.

Responsibilities

• Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, and centers of influence.
• Manage full scope of client relationships by evaluating financial needs and investment objectives.
• Recommend investment products and services suitable for prospects and clients.
• Develop a book of business consistent with AMP program goals for assets under management and production.
• Complete required program training and licensing within prescribed timeframes.
