About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Financial Advisor Team Leader to help us build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting new advisors, providing hands-on coaching, and driving sales performance across your team. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help shape team culture, implement sales processes, and ensure that our advisors are equipped to succeed.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role will maintain a level of personal production and manage a book of business.

This is a full-time hybrid role which can be based out of Boston, MA; Wellesley, MA; Wakefield, MA; Marshfield, MA; Southborough, MA; Holyoke, MA; Colchester, VT; Bedford, NH; West Hartford, CT; New Haven, CT; Bridgeport, CT;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building & Recruitment
  • Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new sales advisors
  • Contribute to team structure planning and growth strategy
  • Coaching & Development
  • Provide day-to-day coaching, training, and support for new and junior advisors
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, sales reviews, and performance check-ins
  • Create a positive and motivating environment that encourages learning and accountability
  • Support the execution of sales plans and team targets
  • Monitor team KPIs and work with leadership to adjust strategies as needed
  • Help implement and improve sales processes and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior sales leadership
  • Report on team performance, pipeline metrics, and training needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Financial Planning or Financial Advisory experience
  • Expertise in Finance and Investments
  • Experience in retirement planning strategies
  • Series 7, 63, 65 or 66.
  • Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
