Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years securities industry or related experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7, 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for a high volume of client interactions by phone, in person, or virtually.
• Onboards new clients and opens new accounts; researches client and security information.
• Processes asset transfers and monitors cash awaiting investment; inputs orders.
• Prepares financial reports and supports marketing efforts for client meetings.
