Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to join our Fort Lauderdale branch. You will provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, their prospective and existing clients, and other branch staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions via phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and branch staff.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and verify client information in internal systems.
• Prepare financial reports and client meeting materials.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios on behalf of Advisors.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Support marketing efforts and client-facing events.
