Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of the independent RIAbusiness model and licensing (Series 7/65/66).
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to expand the advisor team.
• Identify, engage, and attract experienced advisors through networking and outreach.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with leadership to define recruitment goals and hiring targets.
• Maintain relationships with firms to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding for a seamless transition of new advisors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
