Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services licensing or certification required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients through face-to-face and virtual channels.
• Understand client needs and goals to create personalized financial plans.
• Oversee branch processes ensuring high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Collaborate with branch team to execute the branch business plan.
• Foster an engaging, trustworthy branch environment.
