Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Experience in financial services or sales.
• SIE licensing and FINRA registrations required within three months.
• Licensing: Series 7 and Series 66; state licenses required; paid study period offered.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs and priorities to develop personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the business plan for results.
• Create a mutually trusted, respectful, and accountable branch environment.
