Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If missing 66 but holding 63 or 65, offer contingent upon passing missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry and knowledge of investment products/services.
• At least one year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met/exceeded.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships, communicate confidently, and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients via referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
