The Piedmont Group in the United States is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing team. You will develop new client relationships, provide personalized financial recommendations, and build a long-term book of business while adhering to high ethical standards.

This role offers a financing subsidy and unlimited commission potential, with comprehensive training and marketing support to help you grow your practice and serve individuals, families, and business owners.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 & 65) and Life & Health Insurance license.
• Licenses: The Piedmont Group will assist with preparation if not licensed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to develop and grow a client base.
• High ethical standards and commitment to acting in clients' best interests.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.
• Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals and risk tolerance.
• Recommend appropriate investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing service.
• Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
