The Piedmont Group in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham is seeking a licensed Financial Advisor who can build a long-term book of business by delivering tailored financial recommendations. You will develop client relationships, assess needs, and propose comprehensive insurance, retirement, and investment planning strategies.

This role offers strong income potential through commission, a $40,000 annual financing subsidy, and robust marketing and training support to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Must be a local candidate with licensure prior to onboarding: Life & Health, SIE, and 66.
• Sales experience and/or a bachelor’s degree required.
• Clean Form U4 with no disclosures; experience in financial advising and client relationships.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive financial assessments and develop tailored strategies.
