Job summary

Thrivent Financial seeks a Market Developer in Chicago to mentor new financial advisors and drive joint field work to boost productivity and total sales. You will coach on Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and the Thrivent Planning Platform while shaping onboarding for teams and growth plans.

Travel up to 50% and required licensing (FINRA Series 7/63/65/66) and life/health registrations. Four-year degree preferred; base+bonus compensation of $104,000–$130,000.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
• Track record of solid sales results and ability to provide purpose-based advice.
• Experience presenting and facilitating to drive advisor success.

Responsibilities

• Launch New Financial Advisors into Teams with joint fieldwork and feedback.
• Coach on Thrivent tools during the sales process (Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro).
• Develop onboarding plans and growth strategies for teams.
• Collaborate with market leadership to drive referrals and total sales growth.
